Joan Fitzgerald is the Broker and Owner of Joan Fitzgerald Real Estate Ltd. She has been a licensed Pennsylvania REALTOR® since 1987. During her tenure with past affiliations, she was honored with the 100% Club Award for six consecutive years, followed by the Platinum Club Award and the Hall of Fame Award. She is a Certified Residential Specialist , Senior Real Estate Specialist and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute. Joan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association REALTORS®, and Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS®.
In late 2002, Joan's real estate career led her to the discovery of a forgotten passion, the "food industry". Joan fell in love with a quaint property located in Tannersville known as the The once dilapidated building has been completely renovated and now operates as a 100 seat restaurant and a 16 room Country Inn.
Joan is a 1976 graduate of Jenkintown High School and graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 1980 with a BA in Special Education. Joan and husband Scott, reside in Stroudsburg. Joan, Scott, and his two children, Kelsey and David enjoy horseback riding, golf and weekends at their beach house.
Originally from Newark, Delaware Mark has over 20 years of experience working with buyers and sellers and bringing them together. Mark has been a resident of the Poconos for over 16 years and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2003. Mark knows how Real Estate has been constantly changing and knows how important it is to continue his education in Real Estate. In 2004 Mark received his ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and in 2006 received his Associate Brokers
Born in East Stroudsburg, Cassandra spent a brief time in northern California before returning to Pennsylvania.
Landing a receptionist job at a local real estate office was a good match, leading her to complete her real estate salesperson licensing.
Always looking to improve her skills, Cassie completed a Small Business Management course at Northampton Community College in 2006.
She has found a wonderful career working with Joan Fitzgerald. Cassie enjoys time with family & friend's and perusing her hobby in photography.
Having migrated from Philadelphia 30 years ago, I appreciate the peaceful lifestyle the Pocono Mountains has to offer. Laura was born in California and has lived in Bermuda, Illinois and New Jersey before finally settling in the scenic Pocono Mountains. Laura understands that superior client service and dedication is just "smart business". As a Monroe County resident herself, she brings knowledge, experience and her own special brand of humor to every transaction.
Originally from New York, Terry has spent time in many different states building, running and selling pizza stores. Having retired from that business Terry found a paralell in real estate, finding real estate sales challenging and rewarding. Terry is on the board of directors for the Winona Lakes Property Association and enjoys cooking and entertaining.
Sharon has been a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor ® since 1989. She began her career with Joan Fitzgerald in 1992. Prior to her career in real estate, Sharon was a mortgage loan officer; originating, processing and closing mortgages for a local bank. Sharon is a life-long resident of the Poconos.
Originally from New Jersey, Sue has lived in different areas of Northeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey before she and her family settled in East Stroudsburg.
Sue has worked for several years as an administrative assistant in the time share industry before joining Joan Fitzgerald Real Estate Ltd. Sue loves meeting new people and enjoys time with her family.
Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Barbara has been a full time residence of the Pocono's since 1999.
Barbara has many years experience in sales leading her to find a career in Real Estate.
She now specializes in New Home Construction.
Since the day Christy was born, Real Estate has been part of her life. Her family opened and established Homestead Land Services Inc. in 1990 and they have been providing quality Title Insurance service to the Pocono area for the past 20 years. After graduating from Pocono Mountain High School in 2000, she moved to Long Island for College. She graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. In 2005, she returned here to begin her own career in Real Estate. After becoming Vice President of Homestead Land Services, Inc., she chose to further her knowledge and career by becoming a licensed REALTOR®.
